Digestive Disorders ClinicI specialise in managing bowel conditions including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Tried everything with no relief from your symptoms? The low FODMAP (Fermentable, Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides and Polyols) approach is a widely researched and evidence-based approach which might just be the answer to your IBS suffering. The diet, which should only be followed under the supervision of a registered dietitian, is the process of eliminating and reintroducing foods to identify digestive triggers. It is effective in controlling symptoms in 75% of sufferers. The process generally takes up to 8 weeks depending on the severity of symptoms. I have completed advanced specialist training at King’s College London on the low FODMAPs diet and have 4 years of expertise of successfully advising clients with IBS using this approach. Weight ManagementI can also help manage your diet for a range of conditions and provide you with up-to-date personalised dietary advice for weight management.
