Groin Pain
Groin pain can come from several different areas, such as strain or inflammation of the groin muscles, hip joint problems, low back / pelvic pain referral, inguinal hernia, sportsmans or Gilmores groin, bursitis. Some of these injuries, self help may be sufficient to regain full recovery. Others, may be more serious where in order to minimise further damage and allow a quicker return to sport or your normal activities, professional help should be sought through one of our chartered physiotherapists for pain relief and future management. |
